It’s after 10pm and a tired little boy is begging his parents to go home. “Wait a moment, daddy’s having one last beer.” The 'last one' becomes several more and upon finally leaving, daddy`s on feet performance does not remind me much of 'walking'.
In a different time and place, two friends grew up with heavy drinking parents. As they saw how severely this impacted their own lives, they pledged to each other to not become the same as them in adulthood. One still remembers, but the other one`s daughter is sometimes left to walk around the town seeking her mom.
